Paul J. Curtin's established the firm's real estate practice with experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, including land acquisition, land use planning, zoning and development, retail and office leasing, construction loans, and permanent financing. 

The firm's employment and discrimination practice builds on the experience of Cynthia Maxwell Curtin. She has worked both inside and outside of organizations developing a wealth of experience with a focus on compliance with discrimination and employment laws including Title IX, Title VII, Title VI, the Americans with Disabilities Act (as amended) and Sections 503 and 504. She has conducted or supervised over 1000 investigations and has led over 1000 seminars. Ms. Curtin is licensed in California only.

Christina F. DeJoseph and Brian T. Sinsabaugh bring to the firm additional experience
in litigation and support for our clients.

Paul J. Curtin, Jr. resides in Cazenovia, Madison County with his wife and he is extremely involved in the Cazenovia and Syracuse area communities through his church and as a board member of several nonprofit organizations. He understands the uniqueness of Central New York as well as his clients' needs. He is highly familiar with the local real estate market as well as its many players.

Christina F. DeJoseph was born and raised in Syracuse, New York. She currently
resides in the City of Syracuse with her husband and is very involved in her local
community and sits as a board member of several organizations.

Cynthia Maxwell Curtin works with clients in California in all aspects of employment and discrimination law. She also provides expertise and experience in the employment and discrimination work done by the other attorneys in firm licensed in New York.

She is particularly talented in combining the law with the practical and with each organization's culture, vision and mission.

Brian T. Sinsabaugh works with clients in all aspects of business organization, contracts, employment law, land use and zoning, and real estate transactions.  As a long-time resident of Upstate New York, a graduate of both Clarkson and Syracuse University, and having worked both in-house and in a firm setting, he brings a strong level of understanding and expertise necessary to address both the business and legal issues of his clients.
