The law firm of Curtin & DeJoseph, P.C. announces that Brian Sinsabaugh has joined the firm as an associate and Cynthia Maxwell Curtin is now of counsel with the firm.
Mr. Sinsabaugh received his JD from Syracuse University College of Law and his Bachelor’s and MBA from Clarkson University. After receiving his MBA, he worked as a manager in business before returning to law school. After receiving his law degree, he was an Associate at a mid-sized litigation firm in New York City. The firm welcomes his experience and business acumen.
Cynthia Curtin is a recognized expert in the field of Labor and Employment Law. Her specialties include effective diversity and anti-harassment educational programming and independent, neutral investigations such as discrimination and sexual misconduct investigations for employers and educational institutions. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Brown University and she received her law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law. She was a member of the UCLA Law Review and a research associate for a professor and for a federal court judge. She is a member of the California Bar. The firm welcomes her expertise and 30 years of experience in preventing and addressing discrimination.
Paul Curtin, who is the founding member of the firm, was most recently recognized as Best Lawyers of Upstate New York for Land Use Planning and Zoning. He represents developers as well as municipalities and is also an adjunct professor at SUNY ESF in Syracuse.
