Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sinsabaugh was an associate attorney for a mid-sized litigation firm in New York, New York. While in New York City, Mr. Sinsabaugh also served as a law clerk for Morgans Hotel Group Co.’s in-house counsel, and as a regulatory reforms analyst for Goldman Sachs. While in law school, he gained extensive experience working as a summer law clerk for Onondaga County State Supreme Court Justice Brian F. DeJoseph, as a student attorney for the City of Syracuse Department of Law, and as a summer associate for a mid-sized Binghamton law firm, where he practiced in the firm’s business, banking and municipal law departments.

Mr. Sinsabaugh received his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2013, and is admitted to practice in New York. During his time at Syracuse University, he served as Executive Editor of the Syracuse University Journal of Science & Technology Law, and as Justice of Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity at Syracuse University. Mr. Sinsabaugh was the recipient of the Law Gavel Award, and was also awarded the Orange Pro-Bono Community Service Award. He received his Bachelors of Science and Masters of Business Administration degrees from the School of Business at Clarkson University in 2007 and 2008.
